REFUND POLICY
We do not refund or guarantee survival of fish once you have received them and placed them in your tank. Please be aware of the proper care needed for your fish before you purchase them.
If you receive any dead fish (DOA) on shipping orders, Please email a picture of the unopened bag containing the dead fish along with the shipping label and proof of time you excepted or received your order to admin@blacknastycichlids.com . It is important that you be available to except your order so that your new fish are not left in the elements for long periods of time. We will not replace or refund orders that were not excepted at the time of delivery.
We will replace DOA Fish with the same fish on our next shipping day or refund the purchase price. In the event we do not have the same fish we will refund the purchase price or substitute another fish (your choice).
We do not refund shipping fees. We are not responsible for the order during the transit to the destination. We only guarantee live arrival on FedEx Overnight orders. We do not guarantee live arrival on FedEx 2 Day shipping service.
